1.4. The purpose of this Policy is to protect your privacy and inform you about the purposes, methods, and conditions of processing your personal information on the Site.
1.5. We process personal information on the following principles:
— lawfulness, fairness, and transparency;
— purpose limitation to specific, legitimate purposes;
— data minimization appropriate to each purpose;
— storage limitation for no longer than necessary;
— integrity and confidentiality through appropriate security measures.
1.6. This Policy is a public document published on the Site and remains in effect until replaced by a new version.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. In this Policy:
— Site — the website at https://ai-gen.online/, used to learn about our services, place orders, pay for services, and receive access to computing resources for AI generation of digital content (including images), including prompt-based generation.
— Operator — AI Gen, which determines the purposes and means of processing personal information in connection with the Site.
— User — an individual who visits the Site, including without registration (Guest), or who provides personal information through Site forms, orders, payments, or other interaction with the Operator. Watermarked preview generation is available without registration and without providing personal information (except technical data collected automatically).
— Personal information — any information relating to an identified or identifiable User.
3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

— Account credentials (registration email, hashed password), account balance status, and top-up/spending history.
3.3. When you pay for services, we receive only payment confirmation and order details. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our payment processor in accordance with applicable law and industry security standards (such as PCI DSS). We do not receive, store, or process your full payment card numbers.
3.4. When you use the Site, we may automatically collect technical data, including:
— IP address;
— cookie data;

3.5. Technical data is used only to operate, improve, and secure the Site and for statistical analysis.
3.6. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as health, religious beliefs, or private life details) or biometric data, except where you voluntarily include such information in a generation prompt; in that case, processing is limited to providing the requested service and is not used for other purposes.
4. CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECTS
4.1. We process personal information of:
— Site visitors who browse the Site or submit information through contact, subscription, or similar forms;

— Payers who pay for an order (including on behalf of another recipient).
4.2. Processing of this information is limited to entering and performing service contracts, order and result notifications, customer support, and compliance with applicable law.
5. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
5.1. We process personal information only for lawful, specified purposes, including:
— receiving and processing orders for access to computing resources for AI content generation (including prompt-based generation);
— entering and performing service agreements and delivering generation results (download links, email delivery, etc.);
— communicating with Users about orders, payments, and service results;
— record-keeping and accounting required by applicable law;
— sending marketing or promotional messages about our services — only with your separate consent;
— operating, securing, and improving the Site;
— registering Users and maintaining Accounts, including login identification, preferences, and order history;
— managing account balance: crediting funds, showing transaction history, debiting for priority queue and watermark-free downloads, and expiring unused balance at the end of the calendar year as described on the Site.
5.2. We do not use personal information for purposes incompatible with those listed above.
5.3. We do not make decisions that significantly affect your rights based solely on automated processing of personal information.
6. LEGAL BASES AND CONSENT
6.1. We process personal information on the following legal bases:
— your consent, given by submitting forms, placing and paying for orders, or checking a consent box on the Site;
— performance of a contract or steps at your request before entering a contract;
— compliance with legal obligations;
— legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
6.2. Consent is provided voluntarily through actions such as form submission, order placement, payment, or checking a consent box.
6.3. Consent is effective from the moment of those actions until processing purposes are fulfilled or you withdraw consent.
6.4. You may withdraw consent by emailing support@ai-gen.online or using another contact method shown on the Site.
6.5. After receiving a withdrawal notice, we stop processing and delete personal information within 30 calendar days, unless retention is required by law or to fulfill contractual obligations to you.
6.6. Processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure, restriction, deletion, and destruction of personal information, with or without automated means.
7. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
7.1. The Site may use cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to operate the Site, simplify navigation, save preferences, and (where used) analyze traffic.
7.2. Cookies may be used to: enable Site features; store preferences; analyze visits and interactions to improve the Site (if analytics services are used).
7.3. Information collected via cookies is not used to identify you without linking it to other personal information, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
7.4. You may restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings. Some Site features may then be unavailable or work incorrectly.
7.5. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge our use of cookies as described in this Policy (where applicable to Site functionality).
8. SHARING AND PROCESSORS
8.1. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except when necessary to achieve processing purposes or as required by law.
8.2. We may use service providers under contractual safeguards, including:
— payment processors — payment acceptance and processing;
— hosting providers — Site hosting and technical support;
— notification services (email, SMS, etc.) — order and service notifications.
8.3. We share only the minimum information necessary for each provider to perform its function, subject to confidentiality and security requirements.
8.4. Payment card and payment credentials are processed only by the payment processor under applicable law and security standards. We do not receive, store, or process full payment card numbers.
8.5. Personal information may be disclosed to government authorities only as required by applicable law and lawful process.
9. DATA LOCATION AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
9.1. Personal information may be stored and processed on servers operated by us or our service providers. Server locations may include the United States and other countries.
9.2. If personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
10. RETENTION AND DELETION
10.1. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
10.2. Retention periods depend on data category and purpose:
— order and service data — until the contract is fulfilled and mutual obligations are settled, plus any legally required retention periods;
— marketing data processed on consent — until you withdraw consent.
10.3. Deletion is performed in a manner that prevents practical recovery. Where law requires retention, access is restricted until deletion is permitted.
10.4. De-identified or aggregated data may be used for statistics, research, and other lawful purposes without a fixed retention limit.
11. YOUR RIGHTS AND REQUESTS
11.1. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
— know whether we process your personal information and obtain details about processing purposes, sources, and legal bases;
— request correction, restriction, or deletion of inaccurate, outdated, or unlawfully collected information, or information no longer needed for stated purposes;
— withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
— opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising or sale/sharing where applicable under state law;
— lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or seek remedies under applicable law.
11.2. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@ai-gen.online or via another contact method shown on the Site.
11.3. Your request should include your name, a description of your request, and sufficient information for us to verify your identity.
11.4. We respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a verifiable request. If additional time is needed, we may extend by up to 5 business days and notify you of the reason.
12. SECURITY
12.1. We implement appropriate administrative, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, disclosure, or other unlawful processing.
12.2. Measures include access restrictions, SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls to processing systems, and confidentiality obligations for personnel and contractors with access to personal information.
