These Terms of Service govern use of the website at https://ai-gen.online/ (the “Service“) and are binding for all users, including guests and registered users (together, “Users“). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

1.1. You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old. By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

1.2. If we learn or have reasonable grounds to believe that the Service is used by someone under 18, access may be restricted or terminated without prior notice.

1.3. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

2.1. Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts to obtain additional free generations, bonuses, or other benefits is prohibited.

2.2. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. Activity under your account is treated as your activity.

2.3. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise give your account to third parties.

2.4. If we detect a violation of Sections 2.1-2.3, we may block related accounts without restoring any account balance.

3. TECHNICAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

3.1. You may not bypass Service limits or paid features by any means, including:

– modifying page content, scripts, or browser requests;

– using bots, scrapers, emulators, or other software not provided through the Service interface;

– repeatedly resetting sessions, clearing browser data, or otherwise manipulating counters to reset free limits;

– using proxies, VPNs, device emulation, or similar tools to hide identity and evade account or free-generation limits.

3.2. Unauthorized access to Service infrastructure, disruption of Service operation (including DDoS attacks, vulnerability scanning, SQL injection, and similar actions), or interference with payment systems is prohibited.

3.3. Commercial resale of access to the Service, its features, or generation results to third parties without our approval is prohibited.

4. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

4.1. You may not use the Service to create, process, or distribute content that violates applicable law, including U.S. federal and state law, such as:

– extremist or terrorist material, or content inciting violence;

– content promoting hatred or hostility based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics;

– sexual content involving minors or persons appearing to be minors;

– illegal pornography or other material whose distribution is restricted or prohibited by law;

– content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or other prohibited items;

– any other content whose creation or distribution is unlawful.

4.2. You may not use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, including reproducing or imitating protected works, characters, logos, or brand assets without permission.

4.3. You may not upload or process photos of identifiable people without their consent (or consent of a legal guardian for minors).

4.4. You may not include third-party identifying information in prompts or uploads without that person’s consent.

4.5. You are solely responsible for your prompts and generated content. We do not pre-moderate prompts and are not responsible for user-generated output.

4.6. If we detect violations, we may remove content, restrict or terminate access, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

5. FREE GENERATION LIMITS

5.1. Each user receives 10 free generations per day unless otherwise stated on the Site.

5.2. To reset the daily free-generation counter, you must do one of the following:

– top up your account balance (registered users only); or

– download at least one watermark-free generated image via direct payment (guests and registered users) or from balance (registered users).

5.3. Using the priority queue (from $1) does not reset or increase the free-generation counter; it affects processing speed only.

5.4. In multi-image generation mode, uploading a third or additional source image is available only to registered users with an account balance of at least $1.

5.5. We may change free-generation limits and reset conditions by publishing updates on the Site.

6. STORAGE OF USER FILES

6.1. The Service is not cloud storage and is not intended for long-term file storage.

6.2. Uploaded source images and generation results are kept only for your current session.

6.3. When a session ends, expires, or is cleared (including by browser data removal, inactivity, or maintenance), session files may be permanently deleted without notice.

6.4. Download and save results you want to keep promptly after generation.

7. FREE DOWNLOAD FOR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING

7.1. If the Service offers a free watermark-free download in exchange for posting a generated image on a supported social network, the post must remain publicly visible for at least 24 hours from publication.

7.2. Deleting, hiding, or restricting the post before that period is a breach of the promotion terms.

7.3. Repeated violations may result in denial of this promotion without further explanation.

8. LIABILITY AND ENFORCEMENT

8.1. If you violate these Terms, we may, at our discretion:

– remove violating content;

– temporarily restrict features (generation, priority queue, watermark-free download);

– temporarily or permanently block an account and/or IP address;

– refuse refunds and void remaining balance where permitted by our Contract Offer.

8.2. These measures do not limit our right to contact authorities or pursue legal remedies under applicable U.S. law.

8.3. These Terms are part of our Contract Offer and apply to the extent they do not conflict with it.
